I have been told that I am a goofy, supportive, and loving person that doesn't give myself enough credit. I like to think I'm a kind person that wants only the best for those around me and my family equally. I didn't enjoy cuddling earlier in my life because I didn't have many people I trusted enough to be vulnerable with, but thankfully that has changed and now I appreciate how much power cuddling has in settling anxiety and loneliness. It's not a cure, but it's a start to loving yourself more, forgiving yourself, and knowing that you're valuable and worthy of affection, support, and genuine connection.
