I am an old soul in a young body. I have a loving personality, vivacious & powerful energy, a joyful demeanor, and a friendly and playful heart. I am down to earth, kindhearted, and naturally nurturing.
I hold space for others to feel heard, seen, understood, and loved through awareness-focused cuddling and intellectually stimulating conversations. Too often we go through life not truly feeling those bare necessities, and I am here to change that by creating a sacred container for conscious communication, cuddling, and sincere comfort to take place.
I have done a lot of work with others on conscious communication, emotional release, relationship and sexual trauma, self-love practices, psychological rewiring, holistic healing, superfood cleansing, sound healing, yogic practices, and more.
Outside of work you can usually find me outside in nature: hiking, rock climbing, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, motorcycling, paragliding, or taking my dog out on an adventure. When I’m not outside, I love spending my time creating and learning. I do photography, creative direction, videography, design, writing, singing, acting, painting, drawing, sculpting, and more. I love learning/researching about science, physics, spirituality, technology, real estate, investing, aerospace, aviation, mycology, psychedelic research, and more.
