About me
Hi. I'm Ley (pronounced "Lee"). I'm a helper, an advocate, and a space-holder.
As a storyteller, I help others tell their own stories, too. Whether I'm training a roomful of therapists, speaking at a university, leading trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness practices, or engaged in a private Reiki or tarot session, I direct my energies toward holding and uplifting those around me. Cuddling is the same: there is radical power in intentional, embodied human connection.
Other than that, I'm just your typical Buddhist trans femme with a PhD who spends way too much time watching horror movies with her cats.
