My friends would describe me as sweet, genuine, and respectful. A close friend was my introduction to cuddle therapy and it improved my mental well-being significantly. She would also describe me as sad and very hard on myself.

I'm a shy, sensitive, artistic, autistic, introverted, depressed, and lonely man who can be a loveable goofball when comfortable enough around the right people. I've never been in a romantic relationship and have severe social anxiety in that context. Sex is an outright depressing subject for me for reasons I'd rather not disclose. Obviously, I'm NOT looking for that here. I've been just alone, alone, alone.

I've been on a journey of self discovery, especially after getting my Autism/ADHD-PI diagnosis at 25, and realizing that I feel lonely all the time because I'm an extremely touch-oriented person and my autistic brain doesn't absorb verbal positive affirmation well.

I'm looking for a cuddle buddy to help me in the first steps towards overcoming my shyness, shame, sadness, improving my self-esteem, and learning to not catch feelings too easily from positive interactions. My goal is leave therapy with the confidence to find a romantic partner on my own.

We could watch a movie/TV show of your choice while I info dump what I know about it. (I have yet to figure out a way to cuddles and art at the same time!)

UPDATE as of 11/29/22:
I've been feeling a lot more content since I've started doing this, and look forward to making new friends/cuddle buddies! Also don't worry about sexual arousal when cuddling with me. I'm fully desensitized at this point.
