I'm not able to update my profile and it says I'm offline. How do I go online? I went through the steps to verify my email so not sure what I'm doing wrong. I might just be dumb but I've looked everywhere and I don't want to do.

I'm using my phone right now and I can go into my profile but it doesn't let me save anything. I also can't message you back for some reason so I'm back on here.
