I proposed a booking and got back a message that the time won't work and we would need to figure a time that works for both of us. But I can't figure out how to reply to her message
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen. There is a box for you to write in, and a button for "send message".
For future reference, if you click on the "Request to Book" button that allows you to send a message - you don't actually need to propose a booking time. It's usually best to have a conversation first, figure out everything, and then do the booking.
Sorry to be so much trouble. When I am clicking on request a booking I am not finding a place to send a message. I click every where and alphabet won't even pop up.
Only thing that pops up says Attachments. Download from my device
I've never heard of someone experiencing this. Are you using an old phone or a computer with an old Internet Explorer browser? It might not be supported. If so, please try using a different browser or device.
The text box should be very prominent below the message from the cuddler.

It's quite possible if its an older version of Firefox. I've just tested and current version is ok for me.
