Most of the jobs I have had provided very little training; they just kinda expect you to figure it out. On the plus side, I have been able to invent some jobs and shape them into what I wanted them to be. On the minus side, I have had some supervisors who expected me to read their minds, and we ended up parting ways. At the end of the day, some people, even if disorganized or not great communicators, are decent people at their core, and I would do anything to try and make it work. Other people, situations or work cultures are just toxic. I have learned to recognize those and leave them behind with no regrets. Life is too short.
