I'll go first: would you rather have feet for hands, or hands for feet?
Hands for feet. I can already turn doorknobs with my feet, why not take the next step, metaphorically speaking?
Would you rather be constantly a little too cold, or always a little too warm?

I'd always rather be a little too cold. I run hot naturally and I hate it.
Would you rather always be slightly short of the right change for a purchase, or always have to carry around two pocketfuls of change?
I have no butt . It's like two planks of wood with a small gap in between . So I would not be able to walk with 2 pocketfulls of change without my pants falling down like a 90s gangsta rapper
I would rather have hands for feet. You could play rock, paper, scissors by yourself. I would rather be slightly warmer. I don't like being cold. Hmm, probably should cuddle with @BuggleBear . Having the right change would be foreign to me. I hardly ever carry cash.
Would you rather have more money or more time?
If I had more money, I'd have more time. Not only would I not have to give years of my life to greedy corporations, I could afford healthcare—good healthcare!—thus extending my life. More money all the way!
Would you rather be constantly, obliviously racist, or have untreatable cancer?
Yes, I'm afraid I'd go with more money too. There is so much I would do through private health care that could improve my quality of life, thus prolonging it anyway, plus the security would help my mental health.
I think the last one is too difficult to answer @DarrenWalker. I hate the thought of dying in pain and misery, but I also don't want to upset anyone.
I guess I'd be racist, hopefully people would pull me up on it, even if I was initially oblivious, and I could then profusely apologise.
I know how to work around DarrenWalker's devious question. With my close friends and family I like to play around a lot. So I can do the racist one and they'll probably just laugh at me and not take me seriously at all. So since it wasn't specified when or with you to be racist then I'll choose that option.
Though, I might not do so bad with cancer. It was also not specified which kind of cancer. I have a family member who survived cancer before and a sister-in-law who can't get rid of it but still kicking its butt so I can probably live with untreatable cancer and live for a long time too.
My family survived Chernobyl stuff before (we were all born in Ukraine). So...I got this...I think lol

Flooding. I couldn't be hungry for a year but I like swimming 🤣
Would you rather have no fingers at all, or fingers made or wood?
I bite my fingers so no wood I would get splinters
