Welcome @Martini97. The short answer is yes, when somebody sends you a booking request or a message the system will let you know.
The long answer is that history teaches us that professional men cuddlers who cuddle only women and have profiles that look like yours are not inundated with clients. Read the Frequently Asked Questions thread at the top of the General board, all the links at the bottom of the site homepage, and then start exploring the Professional board for tips and advice.
