Ok, to all you negative Nancy's... you all have it completely wrong... only a few of you were accurate with regard to hot tub cuddling... HERE'S THE UNDISPUTED TRUTH WITH REGARD TO HOT TUB CUDDLING.
Background, I recently removed and started a new profile, because I moved to a new city twice and my messages would have been too scattered and too many to keep track of after entering my third new cuddle market😊, so I definitely have experience and definitely know what I'm talking about...
I've done hot tub cuddling several times with different people and it was never sexual in any way... No, to the person who said it's againt the rules, you're wrong! The rules are no nudity and no underclothes. Many people do suggest beachside cuddling as a public option and what do you think you'd be wearing? Swimsuits are not against the rules... underclothes suggests a level of intimacy... swimsuits suggest swimsuits.
Each time I've hot-tub-cuddled, the guy sat down first and I sat in front and then laid back against him. It's an amazing way to be held and it was extremely comforting. Just as anyone who's read the Extended FAQs knows, arousal (and erections) can be normal and non-sexual in any cuddling situation. In each hot tub cuddling instance, the men were respectful enough to not press too close against me and we moved a little more cautiously to make sure we kept our feelings and attraction at bay. Stop acting like there's no such thing as attraction in cuddling!... and acting like you're a robot made in some factory somewhere! Guys hate when we come across as though this is just a business transaction... as we claim that attraction and feelings of adoration (friendly or otherwise) never cross our minds... the truth is we do appreciate when a guy is sweet or kind or when he took the time to fix himself up / have good hygiene... we're adults and we can be creative and have fun cuddling without allowing ourselves to take it into anything sexual.
If you try to twist the rules and say, 'ok, we can wear swimsuits in bed... well, then you might have to re-evaluate your motives... but cuddling in water with bathing suits should be a completely normal thing and non-sexual as long as both individuals have that mindset from the beginning. Stop being so judgmental to people who really embrace building connections and being creative with cuddling, and stop acting so 'holier than thou' just because you've never really engaged in hot tub cuddling before... if you trust the other person, if you both have proven that cuddling is not sexual for you... then hot tub cuddling can be an amazing, comforting experience... stop being so judgmental!... stop trying to make yourself feel good by suggesting anyone who would do that must have wrong motives!... and start acting and cuddling like adults, where you can have fun and be creative without allowing things to go i to any sexual area.
Good freakin' grief, grow up!
