yes!! just because the site is dead for now in your area, doesn't mean it cant become a thing! word of mouth is a great way to advertise! 
I told this to some other guys, maybe posting craigslist ad, or finding women other ways, and telling them about this site and having them sign up will totally make the site a better place, then more guys from your area might join too!
dont give up yet! I feel like cuddling is at a climax point, and its going to become a very popular thing very soon

Yeah I created a Facebook group for cuddlers in my local area and got heaps more people that way. I advertised it on All Classifieds and Gumtree.
