There's people here but no one is filling out their profile properly. It's OK to be shy about putting your face out there (but you will get less hits). But when you don't put in a description or fill in anything about you (everything is better), don't expect a hit. Cuddling is personal and I'm not going to contact a complete stranger which I know nothing about... Which is the case of most guys on here, some of you included!
