If you have any coughs or flus, symptoms ect don't attend any sessions if you care for others. I have flu and cancelled my appointment today with my massage therapist she was happy i informed her, Also have job i called sick they couldn't find someone to cover so I informed residents i have cold .
My advice is silly but a useful for some humans. Always do good for others.
