Edit Profile - Edit Photos - then click the star on the one you want to be the main one.
Sometimes there’s a delay when changing pictures from what I’ve notice, but you do so on your profile in edits / photos
Yeah I just posted my bare butt on my profile and it changed right away. It looks fabulous!
