It kind of depends on whether you're looking to cuddle an enthusiast or a professional but the cuddle requests section of the forums is specifically here so you can put yourself out there for the people who frequent the forums to see on the off chance they're from around where you are or would be alright travelling to see you/are planning on travelling to where you happen to be.
It's usually going to be easier and more reliable to find someone to cuddle with if you use the search function to find cuddlers in your area that fit the parameters you set it with but some people find success using cuddle requests.
