I've seen lots of "Virtual Cuddle" posts including from some that are label as "Professional" What are your thoughts? Feelings?
Sometimes some people just need someone to talk to. I personally wont do it but it seems like its a moneymaker because I see it in many profiles offering such.
Like anything, some people like it and some people don’t. I think those who are semi-shut in, unable to afford an in person session, or just need an ear to bend, this is a great alternative.
Personally, I would rather just see a therapist.
I don’t like to call it a virtual cuddle merely because it just isn’t a physical cuddle so it throws some people off. I call mine a Skype session because that’s what it is. It’s a session through Skype. Every person I do a Skype session with is different. Some chat, some do yoga with me, some position the phone so we’re both laying down and the perspective is that we’re looking at each other as if we’re cuddling. Some do mirror touching which is just light feather touching and my cuddler copies me. Others play video games with me like minecraft. All of these things are things that relax the cuddler. It gives a connection they crave that they can’t get physically.
If it’s something you’re curious about, no harm in trying it with a pro that you connect with. Some love it. Some don’t 🤷🏼♀️
I would think it would also be a good way to connect with someone who is maybe too far away for you to go see physically.
The different ways a virtual or skype session can take shape were pretty thoroughly covered by @Sheena123. I think the rise of it as an offer was definitely spurred by the pandemic and I've heard from people and/or read karma reviews that seem to reflect their effectiveness at least for particular people. I personally enjoy that it allows me to connect with people who are far away like @WriterGF said.
@Sheena123 very well said. I love the elaboration on the variety of different options available with you.
I love doing them, it gives me the opportunity to meet people that I could have never meant on account of distance.

It's just a jumble of thoughts at the moment, and one day I will pull it all together into something coherent.
