🤗Top 3 lessons from my therapist 🤗

1) Appreciate unfairness in life. This makes positive moments truly precious.

2) Self care isn’t selfish. Instead of feeling guilty for setting healthy boundaries imagine you’re doing it for your best friend. In this case the best friend is you to yourself.

3) How people feel about us is not our business. We can’t control how people treat us. All we can do is choose our response.

    2) Never be afraid to ask questions. Even the ones you think are dumb

    3) Share your kindness and knowledge. It does no good if you keep it to yourself

    All we can do is choose our response.

    This is so important. It's where all the power you have lies. You get to make the choice.

    It's why I believe "words can't hurt" and it's unfortunate when people give words power. By saying this, you're giving away your power. It's your power to choose how to react to others.

    Top 3 questions I ask myself when I am trying to do better:

    What are you afraid of?

    What are you doing that makes that more likely to become reality?

    What’s your plan?
