1) Appreciate unfairness in life. This makes positive moments truly precious.
2) Self care isn’t selfish. Instead of feeling guilty for setting healthy boundaries imagine you’re doing it for your best friend. In this case the best friend is you to yourself.
3) How people feel about us is not our business. We can’t control how people treat us. All we can do is choose our response.
