Just yourself. I get migraines from most fragrances so I ask anyone I cuddle to avoid them.
Nothing. Perhaps a vague 'essence of clean human' but nothing more.
Perfumes, aftershave, etc are inappropriate for cuddling unless somebody specifically requests them.
I agree with the other commenters- I think if it’s something as mellow as the smell of your shampoo, I’d be happy with it. Cologne or perfume can be distracting from the experience, though.
