I haven't seen Encanto either, but I keep hearing good things. Including this song!
My favorite part is probably the mythologizing segment where the singer's like, "He's super tall and so closely associated with rats that they could almost be part of him, and all he has to do to destroy you is say your name, plus he has access to the most private parts of your mind and likes it when you're scared!"
Kind of reminds me of how people from my old cult used to talk about me back when my parents were still dragging me to worship. So ridiculously overblown it's almost flattering in a weird way, you know? I somehow doubt this Bruno is that cool.
