Have a " Feather on a Stick " must travel to ST. Louis

edited April 2022 in General

I'm planning my road trip with my RV from FL. to the St. Louis CC meet. I have my reservations all set at the Draft Kings Casino campground for 3 nights. I'm hoping to have many cuddle stops on my trip. I will have my " Feather on a Stick" and my sound machine all ready. Most won't remember a western TV show called, "Have Gun Will Travel", that is where the idea came from for my title. So be warned, just about the time my cuddle partner is getting ready to fall asleep, the "Feather On A Stick" will attack with a good tickling effect !!! Of course with there consent !!,
looking forward to meeting everyone there !!!

PS, I guess I should add, I would ask permission 1st, as I have always done !!!! I have never had any negative reaction or comments until I posted it here !!!!
I guess because I don’t live in a Negative world, I sure don’t see anything negative about it.

  • Um... fwiw, there is ZERO chance I'd consent
(or reapond favorably) to any sort of 'feather on a stick' antics. For real, intense consequences would follow.

Now that that's out of the way...
    Sweet setup, I'm totally jealous!!

  • And this is why women are so defensive around men. So many men fail to take a moment of empathetic introspection before acting. SMH

  • Well, I guess it all depends if your mind is in the gutter all the time.
I wondered how long it would take for someone to try to make something negative about it.! Just as I thought, it didn’t take long .

I prefer peacock feathers . Now let's try to keep our minds out of the gutter while saying I'm gonna tickle you with my peacock

Seriously though @waynewv I'm just being silly . And you tickle me, I cannot guarantee that I wont pee and that would be a costly upholstery clean...

  • I don't travel well and won't be in St. Louis, but I hope you have a good time. I think you would be fun; you seem down-to-earth.

  • @achetocuddle , thanks so much, take care

  • I don't think it has anything to do with gutter traipsing, just that in general I personally am prone to agressive reactions when tickled or startled awake. I don't mean to be ~ It just happens.

  • @quixotic_life , I could understand that, I would of course ask my cuddler 1st, as I have done in the past. I was just joking about pulling it out, maybe I should have made that clear.

  • Sweet camper! I love mine, it's a hobby 🙂

  • @quixotic_life I thought you were joking. I think everyone did, in spite of what was said. Please don't worry.

  • Ah ~ Maybe.
Either way, I'm glad to know you're not sneaky ~ and I hope your trip up goes well. How many hours/days drive is that for you? And do you get to pretty much pull off the highway wherever you want, to sleep when you want? Or is that frowned upon?

  • @quixotic_life i understood you the first time. Some guys forget how vulnerable a woman can feel in a new situation. Has nothing to do with the gutter, though the OP went there right away. It has everything to do with thinking it is funny to startle a stranger.

  • @waynewv Oops, meant to say I thought you were joking also.

  • @quixotic_life I'm tired so maybe my post didn't make sense. I think what I'm trying to say is your post showed no ill will.
I also startle easily at some things. If I still don't make sense, let me know. Have fun in St. Louis. Good night.

  • @FunCartel ~ Yeah, that was my initial reaction. He said he would ask/has asked first... so that's good. But look-out!/⚠️ to one who doesn't because some people may respond quite violently to that kind of a surprise.

[not that I've had personal experience with exactly that kind of reaction on more than one occasion though... 😳 nope. not me.]

  • @quixotic_life , for me its about 1K miles, but I’m going to leave about 7-8 days before the meet, I will have my motorcycle with me and will make several stops to visit family and take a day or two to ride my motorcycle some. I do have 2 cuddle stops planned in already. My camper is fully self contained with a generator for AC and heat so I can stop at any rest area for the night or a campground. I enjoy taking the back roads as the Interstate I find boring. I like to take my time and stop in the small towns.
So I likely will go about 300 miles a day.
I really like my small camper, I had a 40’ for years but I like the smaller one better.
The big one had a 21’ garage in the rear and would travel out of state a lot going to car shows, but don’t do that much anymore.

  • Consent.

Do not startle or tickle people without their consent.

Neurologically, the sensation of tickling follows similar neural and brain pathways as pain and is associated with a fight or flight response. Not a nice thing to do to someone unless you know they like it.

  • @Babichev , yes I agree, I did go back and added, I would always ask 1st, which I have always done, I guess I should have made that clear. It was kind of a joke about it appearing as a surprise. Sorry if anyone took it wrong.

  • @waynewv - thanks. It’s a subject that has sparked some hot discussions as some folks who like to tickle people don’t realize that for many folks it’s unwelcome touch. For those who enjoy it, tickle on. :)

Getting ready for the first cuddle of the day. Still sleepy… I would not wake up well to that. Besides people wouldn’t get to hear my take on lifted trucks. No joke I talk in my sleep and that happened last time. I didn’t think I had an opinion.
