If a cuddler client wants a massage is that acceptable?

Please let me know if massaging is acceptable during cuddling or inappropriate.

Informal, over-the-clothes massage is generally considered acceptable and indeed is relatively common. Also informal hand, head and foot massages. Some professionals do this kind of thing, others don't.

Full scale massage is a regulated profession in certain countries (including the US, although not the UK) and a professional cuddler therefore may not offer massage in those countries. In any event, it would fall foul of the clothing Rules (everybody must remain fully clothed during a session). There are a handful of professionals who are qualified to do both massage and cuddle and offer joint packages, in which case the sessions are technically adjacent: one followed by the other. The two are always kept distinct.

However, it all depends on you. If you don't want to do something, or don't feel comfortable doing it with a particular clients, just say "unfortunately that's not something I do" or words to that effect. If they reply with, "but you did it for X" then you can say, "I'm very strict on client confidentiality because I think it's important. I don't discuss what happens in a session with anybody. If somebody claims that this or that happened in a session with me, that's not something I would comment on."

  • @CuddleDuncan - excellent answer.

Regarding with pros - the focus of the session should be cuddling. As @CuddleDuncan said, informal massage over clothing is acceptable but it still remains that the session should be more about cuddling than massage. That is the purpose of the site and regarding professionals, that’s where the line gets drawn in terms of this site.

Between enthusiasts - it’s up to them as long as it’s clothed and platonic. If two cuddlers who meet on this site decide, after their first cuddle session, that they want to take their relationship beyond cuddling and off this site, that’s up to them, they are adults. In that case, it’s between the two of them and no longer our business. However, if it doesn’t go as expected, they should not come back to the site and expect the site to be involved.

Personally, when some guy I don’t know starts talking about massage to me, I question whether their intentions are completely platonic. So far in my life - and this has been my experience with several men over the course of 50 years - every man who offered to do massage on me was using it as a means to try to seduce me. As a result, I’m just going to say no at this point.
