What unlocks the ability to leave karma?

Can't leave karma for one of the pros I saw today for some reason despite messages going back and forth. How is that determined?

I looked at your account and it looks like you resolved this? I think after 4 or 5 messages (I can't recall exactly) you can visit the Pro's account, click on the 'Karma' tab and a text box should appear for leaving a review.

There's a second pro I saw but I'll just leave it like that. Maybe they didn't enjoy my company. On to the next.
