Folks, we're responding to tickets and transgressions, left and right. Keep up the good work.

What we handle on an hourly basis: Fake accounts; Scammers; Sex workers; Untagged and unsuitable pros; Harassment; Graphic photos (my eyes, my EYES!).

Another day, another 20+ people banned and not coming back.

    Staying proactive and reporting is the best way to keep the site from going south to such questionable levels that all the genuine people here will be pushed away. This has been such a great resource regardless of your status here that losing it to many would be devasting.

    I appreciate all the mods do here to keep everyone safe.

    @sideon Without you guys this site will collapse on itself, it seems everyday there are a lot more people looking to use CC for anything other than what it's supposed to be used for.

    You already know my guy.

    Just to give everyone an idea on the scale of reports... a year and a half to 2 years ago the average was roughly 30-40 reports/day. Yesterday alone we had 110 reports and the new normal looks to have shifted to be between 70-100 on average per day. How many of those result in a ban I'm not going to go count and while I could make a web scraping script to pull every report back to the beginning of the reporting system and data science the hell out of it, I'll just say it's a lot of bans.

    Plenty are given warnings and there are still reports made which don't result in any action being taken, but the level of scammers, fake accounts, people making duplicate accounts, people looking sexual services and others offering sexual services, untagged pros who wouldn't be suitable, harassers, people sending inappropriate photos I cannot un-see, and the occasional few who were previously banned trying to come back has dramatically increased this year alone.

    Keep up the reporting!

    Can people get along? No.
    Can people simply pass on something they don't like or disagree with? No.
    Have I done the same type of crap in the forums before? Yes - and been timed out for it too.
    Do I have unreasonable expectations? Yes.
    Do I need a nap? Yes.
