The post about the Orlando Cuddle Fest, which included food, massage, and hot tubs, has been taken down.
1) It was sponsored by a pro and therefore considered a form of self-promotion. Pros may only advertise in the Pro section of Cuddle Requests.
2) It was a paid event
3) It advertised that unlimited massage and use of hot tubs would be included. The mod team found this problematic. It falls outside of cuddling and feels too much like it might lead to activity that would not fit within the boundaries of this site.
4) One presumes that people sitting in hot tubs are not going to be fully clothed. Only events that conform to the guidelines of this site may be advertised on this site.
5) While it did not specify whether the drinks provided would include alcohol, if that were the case that presents even more of a problem.
6) As a licensed massage therapist, although the site leaves it up to individuals to comply with their state and local regulations, I do feel compelled to point out that unless the massage is being provided by a licensed massage therapist, offering it at an event to the public would be illegal.
For all these reasons the moderation team agreed that the event should not be advertised through this site. Events such as this will need to be advertised outside of this site.
