Yes! @Opulence, I can relate.
Ice cream!!
I love to cook and explore different cuisine. Every time I make cook something I always ask myself what I could change to make it better. I’m always interested in learning new techniques to expand my understanding, add new recipes and make the ones I already know better. It’s also really satisfying to see someone else enjoy the food I have made. Taking myself out for a good meal is also one of my go to methods of self care. Going with other people is fun too but I really like being able to just focus on my own enjoyment without have to entertain someone else.
I also really enjoy music. I used to play but don’t have the energy for it much anymore but I still love to listen. Understanding not just how it is played but how it is mixed, trying to understand the meaning and emotions behind it. Listening to a song I have heard 1000 times before that still somehow manages to take me back to the first time I heard it and make me smile or laugh or cry. Going to a show and feeling the energy of the crowd around me. There’s nothing quite like it.
Wines and winemaking. I have done 10-12 batches so far (5 gallons at a time). My Green Apple riesling has been called "incredible " by 3 mid-large scale winemakers. If I ever retire, I'll open a small vineyard with tasting room.
This is quickly becoming a new favorite thread of mine. Love seeing what excites and engages everyone. A passion of mine would be for personal growth and introspection. Embracing the journey of growth, living, learning and loving.
Way too much to list, but I'd say my mainpassions are Gaming (nerrrrrrrd ), Exploring new towns/cities and probably on top, endlessly discovering new music.
