Why should we have to pay upfront if it says we only pay when we have clients? Am I the only one confused about that?

Where did you read that? You only contribute a share to the website after a session completes.

Yeah. That's what I understood to. You only pay 15% of the session after the session completes. I didn't read anything about prepaying for the website.
