I don't mind paying $100 for a cuddle. I don't even mind paying $200 an hour for a cuddle. I don't think either one of those is SIMPish.
I do mind all the nonsensical bullshit travel fees. If you don't have a car and have to take it Uber everywhere. Or know that you don't host and have to travel every time then just make it $120 an hour (or whatever) instead of $100 an hour with XYZ fees.
What I find "Beta boy Simp" is all the people in the forum just defending the practice or travel fee for any reason.
I deleted the post because I'm hoping the thread gets locked. Only people defending the practice are posting while I've received over 25 private messages supporting what I said.

Jeez maybe because travel fees are based on distance, gas time, and/or ride-share costs. This can vary from client to client depending on where they live. Sam who lives 5 mins away shouldn't be expected to pay the same travel fee as Eddie who lives 1 hour away. That's why it's an additional fee.

The use of it in the context is real proud boyish, hotepish or incelish - just weak weird stuff in my mind. Just saying mean stuff to appear to sound smarter or manly, the exact opposite of what it does.
@DesireHugs private support, while it might mean the world to you, really doesn’t support your position. I understand not liking the other structure but to criticize those who have no issue with it is not the way to get a conversation started to suggest change. It’s giving a feeling of lack. Hell i hate paying for shipping when i order things and quite often the s&h charge causes me to not purchase. That’s how i voice my opinion of the charging policy. I think that’s where this position should sit.

This simp term is new to me. It seems like another useless label designed more to disparage than enlighten. Other labels in this same useless and disparaging category are incel, mansplain, and white knight.
