I believe each professional must have their own profile.
Some professionals do cooperate with others to offer dual sessions, and this is allowed as long as everything is transparent e.g. the total price is clear to the client.
If you haven't read the the sticky topics at the top of this board I would suggest that you do. Men professionals who cuddle only women usually find it difficult to attract clients.
I'm not familiar with the 'yoniverse' referred to in your profile but a quick google search suggests it may be non-platonic and therefore risks breaching the Terms of Service.
