Tipping

Is tipping expected?

Comments

  • Typically tips are, 'accepted but not expected', in many service industries ~ but if you wanted to tip, I'd guess most would appreciate it (unless over a certain amount because in some places that can mess up tax rates and other things).

  • I do tip, but not out of requirement. I've tipped the pros that I've met, and when I meet with enthusiasts, I'll probably offer to cook or something.

  • They just made more per hour than you do. They are fine.

  • As a pro, it’s never something I expect. If someone does, I’m very appreciative but I would never bring it up or hint at it or anything. It’s not something that should ever be expected.

    I don't generally tip, but I always provide a hefty travel fee and will round up 2 hour segments since I usually pay in that increment (so if we do 3, will round to 4).

    Also always order food.. but thats mainly because I enjoy food with cuddling so you can't really count it as a tip 😆

  • The best tip is coming back. 💜

    @ubergigglefritz EXACTLY❣️

  • These are some of the best recurring threads...along with a boner thread. I find them hard to deal with.

  • I was previously a pro and I refused all forms of tipping and gifts. For me this was poor boundaries- but to each his/her/their own.
