Yea, it hurts to see a large amount go to the fee lol I’ve had some sessions that go for 6-8 hours. Bye bye $120 lol 😆 The way I see it though is that the site earns it. Without them, I would not have met these ppl
@mike1974 I have an hypothesis, for which I have no evidence whatsover, that the people who get themselves banned for not paying commission tend to be ... immature, or spoilt, or something. They are used to not paying for things, especially online things, because that's something that young people do. Think netflix passwords and the like. In my day it was copying your friend's music tapes.
The world is perfectly well aware of this and tolerates it in the young for all kinds of reasons. However, the world of business is totally different: if you are making money out of a thing then you jolly well have to pay for the thing. The ones who get banned are unwilling to accept that difference. (The ones who don't get banned are the ones who get caught, and then learn.)

How did you get that idea of the reason banned. If they are making 100 or more and hour they wouldnt have issue paying 15 dollars or so of that.
lol this is not at all accurate. Pros try to circumvent the fee all the time, and I know of multiple people who have gotten banned or warned for exactly that reason.
Its really not worth circumventing the fee. Thats a classic way boundary pushers make sure you don't report them (pro or enthusiast). Its often presented as a nice gesture from a cuddler "oh, I don't want to make you keep paying the fee" and then they try something.
I agree @CuddleWho in that there’s no “threshold” where someone says, “I’ve made such and such, I don’t mind paying this fee / percentage “ … people naturally want to keep as much as they possibly can , and those who don’t care simply don’t … I believe most wouldn’t (and don’t) do this, but like Sheena mentioned - the site earns it! They make it possible to bring enthusiasts , pros , cuddlers together in 1 place … the site has expenses to keep the site going, doesn’t matter how much … they do have them. Also, booking through the site , no matter how long term of a client , or how comfortable a pro is with a client, maintains a level or professionalism where there is this line that at the end of the day, I’m pro, you’re client (this is my honest opinion) I wouldn’t want to break this or ever blurry the lines. Lastly, where would I show my face if an unfortunate event happens , how do i reach out to the site for help or for them to take action if its obvious I didn’t properly booked when gathering the facts … just my opinion but I won’t share more on this topic because its kinda sensitive and I’m not a pro.

After the initial meetup and private numbers are exchanged do all future bookings still have to be done through this website for the 15 percent to be collected? Or if the bookings are done privately is there still a way for the fee to be paid? In other words do all bookings regardless of how many times the pro and cuddler meetup always have to be done through this website?
If, for whatever reason, a booking is done off site, you can still pay the fee on your own. I've not had to do this (yet) but I did happen to notice the tab. 😊
They make pros sign up with a credit card which gets automatically charged after the scheduled session is completed. So I’m not sure how a pro could avoid paying unless their card was at its limit.
On another cuddle site, they have it set up that you automatically get banned if you send a message with a phone number in it before you book. On here I’ve had people try to give me contact info before setting up a booking, which I would prefer as an option because I like to vet new clients with a phone call, but they’re supposed to book the session first. However I’ve never seen someone get in trouble on here for prematurely sending me a phone number.

You hit the nail on the head, calling yourself a "professional" infers you uphold certain standards, it's not a customers responsibility if an employee or contractor of a business doesn't uphold standards, it's the person who didn't uphold standards.
It's no different than gig workers on Fiverr, or Lyft drivers, due to the "professional" nature, they're expected to uphold standards, if I hire someone off of Fiverr, or get a ride from Lyft, and the person who agreed to be held to a standard in order to get that company's help finding clients breaks that standard, of course they're more liable than I, they represent the company in what they do.
It's no different than if you or I don't uphold standards for our company, we're employees, or contractors of that company, we're held to standards.
Throwing out some numbers here, but the vast majority of those banned are enthusiasts and clients - easily 20/day. Pros do/can/have been banned, but their numbers pale against the former groups. Untagged Pros advertising in the forums and calling attention to themselves by offering non-platonic cuddles are one of the top reasons they get banned. Every single person using CC has agreed to the Terms of Service and conduct. "Oh, those rules don't apply to ME" are prime examples of why we encourage everyone to report the bad actors (pro or non pro). Each and every time.

Is this really not clear? Don’t use the site’s booking system. Bam, easy, the site doesn’t get paid. Of course it’s against the site rules to exchange contact info without a booking, but pros try to get around that all. The. Time.
As for the statement above that the majority of people banned are nonpros, that shouldn’t be a surprise given that there are many times more nonpros than pros on the site. But in addition, I know of some instances of rule breaking initiated and enthusiastically engaged in by pros, where the clients involved were banned but the pros were not. So, yeah… I’m sure most people banned aren’t pros.

A gentle reminder that every single banned person has the opportunity to appeal. MOST will claim they got hacked, "it wasn't me!," or "I didn't know the rules!" Those who somehow manage to address the issue for which they were banned are few and far between - and even more rare that they are reinstated.
