What the heck is a public cuddle . Is it just a date ?
It can be going to a park, having a picnic and snuggling on a blanket, it could be the movie theatre, it could be literally anything involving spending time together out in public. I wouldn’t say date. I’d say more like two acquaintances becoming friends
It's a tiny like bit like a date, but then it's also a tiny little bit like a sales meeting. Or an agent handler trying to recruit a spy.
The thing it's most like is two people meeting up to play chess. Except instead of chess the activity is some form of touch.
