If someone leaves me a disrespectful karma, can I delete it myself or do they have to delete it on their end?
The other person can delete it or you can report it (using the feature to the bottom left of the karma). The moderation team will look at it and decide if removal is the best option or not.
The moderators will possibly want to find out why the other person wrote something disrespectful about you, so will want to get their side of the story.
