I was BANNED for reporting Non-Platonic and Sexual Activity but Pro I reported is still active.

edited February 2023 in General

I reported this back in EARLY DECEMBER and again tonight in the forums after being frustrated. And I get banned but the "Pro" is still on here. It shows a blatant double standard.

MY ORIGINAL POST:

A long time "Pro Cuddler" on here @HaileyBri who deactivated her account after offering me sexual services back in December and I declined and reported her has VIOLATED the Terms of Service in sooo many ways and yet her account is still on Cuddle Comfort.

Why is she hot banned? Can you just deactivate you account and then wait a bit to reactivate to avoid the rules?

She offered sexual services and I provided the screenshots of the text messages way back in early December and yet no action. Goes to show CuddleComfort is just a front and only cares about its commission.

She also has an OnlyFans and sells sexual services on Reddit and a site called Sophia Grey

Pictures removed.

  • @HaileyBri is ONLY "deactivated" but NOT banned.

    Why is that?

  • Flagged so the mods can investigate.

    OP has deleted.

In my experience Reported and confirmed sex workers, even with experience and Karma, get banned.

  • I really think this kind of public shaming of someone shouldn’t be tolerated, by the way. I think reporting someone for violating the terms of service is the right thing to do, but doxxing them on the forums here, where anyone could find it is reprehensible, shaming behaviour.

This isn't doxxing. He posted public profiles on other sites that the she posted herself. Doxxing requires "publish private or identifying information"

@CuddleDuncan all sex workers? What does onlyfans have to do with being a cuddler? I ask because everyone and their mom seems to have one now.

Also OP doesn't seem very concerned with our community, just disrupting her business. Dudes got stalker written all over him.

That said if she is offering extras and it can be collaborated hes not wrong, she should be banned.

@tacpmurg while I agree with you, that OP is definitely trying to hurt certain people with these posts, it is in the terms

  • No. You were banned for violating the rules. Just like anyone who's offering sexual services is when they are REPORTED. Not blasted all over the forums in a site bashing spam of threads with baseless claims y'all have no context for. Our mods are volunteers. I'm a volunteer. We have jobs and lives outside of CC. WE CAN'T BE EVERYWHERE! We take care of reports when there's time in our busy lives, & we do so alot of times with limited evidence. I'm happy to help keep this site the platonic space that inspired me to make an account in the first place. This however is the opposite way of getting what you want.

Just to further emphasise the above... To the person spamming the forums, I can see some of your reports are legitimate but you need to report it using the official method (via the profile button). This will have it appear in our portal where all the moderators can see it and have any actions permanently logged.

Spamming the forums with conspiracies is not the way to do it and will get you banned when instead you could be an asset to this community. You only have to be a member here for a few weeks to realise that we routinely ban Pros under our 'external non-platonic' rule. Please understand that this is firmly in our best interests because protecting our platonic image is critical to preserving the unique value proposition of this website. If we allowed it, we eventually would transition to being just one of hundreds of non-platonic websites instead of being the leader of this niche. If you're unconvinced, go have a browse on the various reddit 'sex worker' forums -- they all complain about how strict we are on this.
