Deleted profile during unfinished session?

Hi everyone, I'm curious on what's the suitable way to fix this if possible.

On the 20th, I was supposed to have my first online session with one of the pros here. I didn't like it much because they were packing to move while talking to me but they were friendly plus I was just feeling it out if I was going to see them in person.

40min in, our Zoom got cut off because of Zoom's free time limit which I didnt know of, took her like 30min to tell me she could resume the session. I told her I couldn't now because I needed to go to work but we could finish the other half during the week. She said that's fine to do.

This morning she's deleted her profile, I've got her cell but since she is no longer here I feel strange texting her.

I don't know if Paypal's going to reimburse me.

I guess it's my lesson not to do online sessions from now on.

I'm just going to take it slow trying to resolve this but I was hoping for some suggestions so I don't do something wrong.

I would report her to this site for unprofessionalism for packing during a paid session, first and foremost. You can still report a deleted user. (Why? Because users can come back for quite some time, before their account is forfeit. I also assume the mods have ways of tracking ISP's to catch her if she makes a new account, and tag the report to it.)

Yes, I was disappointed, she was nice but kept tossing her phone on the bed to pack boxes, wasn't worth the money or time which I now lost

  • @PinetownCloud Beyond unacceptable. Sounds like she took advantage of you, knowing it was your first time. You could directly dispute the charge with your credit card/bank. I'm so sorry that happened to you.

It's PayPal so I need to investigate how to undo transfers, one thing I didn't mention is that I offered to finish up Fri. but she deleted without responding to my message

Thanks for your help though, nice to see the community here watch out for each other

  • Just text her and see what’s up first. She will be done moving by then won't she?

  • @Ironman294
I guess I could, she deleted her profile before my message though so feel like I was ghosted

I'm worried she'll say I was harassing her or something since she quit here, I don't want to get reported myself

  • @PinetownCloud, I’m so sorry to hear your first experience was a negative one. That really sucks.

It does seem a bit strange, though, that you’re not willing to contact this girl directly. That is definitely the best way to resolve a session interrupted by a tech error, not doing a charge back on the fee.

I suppose if she were back on site, you could leave her negative karma, but sadly even that runs the risk of doing more harm to your reputation more than hers.

I would just cut your losses and find another cuddler to meetup with. Ask for a brief vid chat to get to know this future girl instead or paying for an online session.

  • @AintMisbehavin

It's not that I'm unwilling to contact her, I just did so we'll see what happens

My understand is that the rules here state contact outside the site is only to meet up once booked, not for other issues so that's why I was looking for some experienced opinions first so I wasn't in the wrong.

There's a very high chance PayPal Buyer Protection will side with and refund the money back to you, given that the service you received wasn't complete, for once. But it's ultimately up to you. Don't let this affect your views on cuddling.

  • @Gabriel2k

I'll give her two days or so to respond, doubt I'll report her, but I'll look into refunding

I'd like to say thanks to those who messaged my inbox with invitations or ways to have nicer online sessions; this hasn't deterred me to cuddling but just need to be more cautious I guess

Cool beans.. I personally wouldn't refund but would recommend you file a report, at least just so that the mod team have a history to look back to in case it happens again, this may not be the first time she's done something similar. Take care 🙂

  • @PinetownCloud im sorry you had such a bad experience for your first time. Don’t let this experience cloud your view of virtual sessions! You should definitely report her. As others have said, even just so that mods have a history if she decides to join the site again.
Hope you’re able to resolve the issue and are able to find a suitable cuddle buddy. Happy cuddling!

  • @Gabriel2k

Ok, so just use the "report" function here?

I'm not going to decide on the refund until I give her time to correct things first then I'll see what options I have.

  • @applepie55

Thanks for your kinds words, I didn't see your post before

My first public session recently was fantastic so I'm not disappointed there, but I do hope to find someone for online sessions I gel with

  • @PinetownCloud I'd be happy to have a virtual visit with you anytime and possibly an in-person cuddle sometime if we're both in Orlando at the same time 🙂

  • Hi everyone, just to follow up, no she did not respond to my message. I'm in the hospital waiting on emergency surgery so no interest in trying to refund the money because I have different priorities now but my in person Pro I like said she would meet up with me when I'm well enough so that was sweet of her.

  • Oh no! Sorry to hear that! Wishing you a speedy recovery and sending you positive thoughts. Hope it all goes well! 💙

  • @PinetownCloud Yikes I hope surgery goes well and please let us know how you're doing, when you can! 🤗

  • Always begin with the kindest route. Message her and give her the opportunity to make things right. If a client messaged me and indicated that they felt I was preoccupied during the session I would apologize profusely and immediately offer their money back or ask that they give me the opportunity to make things right.

The Pro has been given a warning for her reported behavior. Please file an official report from their profile next time instead of coming to the forums though. I am locking this thread as the issue brought up has been addressed.
