I was going to ask, if we need a pavilion, I was going to call and get pricing.
@Hollydollhugs Good idea 👍🏿 Both of the site meet and greets so far had a pavilion or shady place for food, drinks and attendees hanging out. Hahaha! Too funny @OhioMike
@Hollydollhugs id recommended some kind of cover just in case of rain ☔️. Most park and Rec depts can recommend what kind and if they don’t have a pavilion ask them if tents , pop up canopies etc is allowed Some parks are kind of funny with what they allow and don’t allow with structures. Good luck and if you have to move the venue because of this no big deal … We had to move the Vegas one because of park misinformation 👍
@OhioMike They have pavilions available for rent and I can secure one. They have one that can seat 10 but the next size seats 50 and 4 times the rental. I think if some bring lawn chairs that it should be fine. I have extra chairs. There is a grill and electrical outlets if needed. I can bring an extra table for food. 🙂
The available rental times are 1:00am to 2:00pm and 3:00pm to 7:00pm. I think 3 to 7 would be ideal.
@Hollydollhugs i think the smaller pavilion would work. Just in case of rain At the past events a donation jar is placed for those peeps who want to help with assorted expenses…
