Site suggestions and improvements

I am pretty new here and I am enjoying it so far. Though there is one thing as a pro that has been a point of frustration and confusion is the scheduling system. This site seems pretty seems pretty popular. So I can imagine that other pros can also be very busy and need a better setup for scheduling. If the site can budget for TV commercials and ads then I would hope that they would have the resources to create a calendar system that you can actually see when a pro is available and you can see their working hours. 

But I'm wondering if anyone agrees with my assessment? Or do you have any ideas of what would make this site and community better? I am very glad to be a part of this community and would love to hear your opinion.
