Travel for business, book a hotel, arrange to meet in a public place (because mutual safety). If the two want to take it to cuddles in private, then a cuddle place is an immediate option.
I prefer DayUse hotels for cuddles when I’m able to. It especially works for folks who are somewhat far from me. And, most importantly, I don’t host, so it’s the best option for me.

Many of my clients book hotels. I usually give them a free hour to alleviate some of the costs.
