It's crazy how many people were very active in the forums and they seemed like great people then one day they're banned. You can't trust anyone.

@cuddlefaery - Agree, but people aren't usually banned for their first offense of making a personal attack in the forums. Those people are generally given a temporary time-out.
If it was due to being non-platonic with another site member, that isn't a mistake.

I definitely agree with @Mike403 on this one - bans for non-platonic activity must be instant and final because this site is a safe space for many vulnerable individuals.
CC is a place where clients agree not to use money to take advantage of pros, and pros agree not to use false attraction to take advantage of clients. It's a place where we're honest with each other and where we model boundaries and consent. It can be incredibly healing if done right!
