What's your best advice for a new pro cuddler? What you say you wish you would have known when you started out?

I have been helping a friend start out in this biz, and she instituted a free video call for mutual screening.....been very helpful and easy to implement. Though you can't touch or smell through video, you can see and hear, giving an opportunity for sharing words, smiles, intonation, etc.....giving each more confidence in scheduling....or not
