These are private messages between you & this other person. I think it would have been better if you had cropped out the picture of the person you’re talking about to preserve their privacy, especially since there’s been no violation of tos terms in the discourse highlighted.

Other than suggesting a time of midnight, I don't see the issue. That could be a red flag to some, but not a violation of tos. Just tell him no or block him.
