A couple of days ago I was in the midst of trying to book a session with a guy traveling to my area for a couple of days, but before I could accept his proposal, he was banned, but now today it says his account is on time out.... what does that mean? As I recall he had several positive Karma reviews on his profile, so I thought he would be compliant.
