The cat I feed shows soooo much love and affection, she’s a true sweetheart, so when someone asked me what’s her name, I never considered a name but decided right than and there to call her sweety, and now its been many months calling her that and she now responds to it : )

@Jova114 ~ Not really, it's just a play on Mr. Miyagi from The Karate Kid. One I forgot to mention for him though is 'Mr. Bones' and how I sometimes sing him alt lyrics to Mr. Jones by the Counting Crows.

First you name them then the names change to nicknames which quickly deteriorate to sounds.

@cuddlefaery First, I love "angry potato" And second, we fostered a litter and I named one of the cats Trouble because she kept escaping the enclosure. And the one that always followed her I named Mischief.
Mischief was eventually adopted by my sister in law and renamed Toothless But as far as I know, Trouble was adopted and her name remained
