Good day!
My therapist told me i need to start giving myself more credit for the things I do good and to stop focusing on mistakes.
So this thread is for all of us to give ourselves credit for the good we do!
One thing I give myself credit for is I lighten the mood in tense situations. I understand that feelings need to be let out and not every situation has room for jokes.
But I've seemed to develope the skill of knowing when to crack a mood lightening joke.
