Profile -> forum activity?

Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere, but what's the best way for visitors to my profile to easily discover my forum activity? I would think that a good-natured forum poster might have a small advantage in demonstrating a sincere personality, as well as the intent and propensity to engage positively.

I totally agree that the forums can give future cuddlers a good look into your personality.
To my knowledge there is no way to connect your profile to the forums, usually its the other way around.
As @CuddleHugs01234 suggested, you could put in your profile you are active in the forums.
