It's just a neat thing to do and an interesting way to meet people. I don't get into the whole pseudo psycho babble, or try to over think it, or try to turn it into something more than it actually is. Some people try to promote it like it's some.sort if life saving miracle water, turning it into snake oil. Which is both absurd and dangerous.
