I have a tradition which I have kept since meeting my ex: Mandu Monday. Mandu means dumpling in Korean (I'm Chinese American and she is half Korean half Italian). It's a fun little weekly celebration. Who doesn't want dumplings on their soup? or why wait til Tuesday for the first culinary surprise ?
