Public sessions...🥰

  • laying on a blanket at a nice park with some snacks and recreations lol
  • walks around a mall or target while holding hands (zoo or aquarium even better!)
  • taking a walk around a nice neighborhood hand in hand
Do you have or like any other ways to have a public session? Do you know any cool fun ideas to have a nice public session?

  • A theater chain near me has “cuddle couches”, I used to work there and they were surprisingly popular.

  • @huggaboo_baby those are great options for public cuddles, for sure. Since I love going to the movie theater, I found a theater in the area with love seats, or "cuddle couches" as @Mr_Heat1ngpad put it. I'm looking forward to a movie cuddle in those. The only other movie cuddle session I've had wasn't very cuddly, other than holding hands due to the armrests.

Another great public cuddle space is a nice coffee shop that has the sofas that you can sit down next to someone and chat and get to know them over a latte or a cappuccino

  • @MarkBPhx I'm lucky that our theatre here has armrests that lift up in most of the theatres.

  • I love a good public cuddle. I actually have a portable lite sleeping mattress it can fit in the car or be carried and place anywhere. I got it from Amazon too . Pretty neat. Here’s a picture

  • He @caramel226 I have one of those as well! During the spring and summer I love suggesting drive-in theater's as well as camp sites. I bring snacks, drinks, pillows and blankets and since I have a Honda pilot I have a ton of space once the seats go down. For the campsites I also have a portable projector and stand as well as a Bluetooth speaker for dancing under the stars. 😊

  • Outdoor events or festivals in your area where you can cuddle while enjoying live music, food, and entertainment.

  • Last September I took an enthusiast cuddle friend to Hippie Living Fair just outside Grand Rapids, MI. We enjoyed the food and live music and overall vibe of the event then went back to our hotel for a platonic cuddle.

  • @caramel226 What a great idea and I love the air mattress-looking thing too.

@bigspoonboston Coffee shops are the best with the couches. Caffeine and cuddling sound dreamy.

Also love the idea of places with cuddle couches. Would love to watch a romcom or something with another woman on a cuddle couch and laugh and cry together. I go to such movies with one of my very good friends, but she isn't really into cuddling at least not with me and I respect that. :)

I like to cuddle in bars, maybe have just enough alcohol to "feel good" but not enough to even feel tipsy, just relaxed.

  • Great ideas!!

  • Looks like Caramel's idea was just a little greater than expected....

  • I love old school coffee talk n laughter across the table, now with this site, it excites me to say Let's Coffee and Cuddle! Messages/Greetings and Trust is vital!

  • I would love to do more cuddle sessions like in a park to enjoy nature!

  • Wow, 3 people from this thread were banned sometime between 3/6 and 3/16. I know people get banned all the time, just seems like a lot really close together in the same thread.

Dang, I liked the wolf dude. He got me hooked on the leggings concept.

@jplemmon he was blinding people with his sunshine pics ☀️

  • I am open with cuddling publicly, just haven't connected with many sincere cuddlers to take me up on it...Lol! It is what it is.😊

This past weekend I engaged in cuddling (up on an unoccupied sofa) with a partner during a small shindig, so far that's all the "public cuddling engaging" that I have done.🫂😊

  • @Katota at the furniture store ? Seriously ? Come on now

  • @Sooson Huh, never thought of cuddling at a furniture store before...🤔

Lol. Thanks Sooson sometimes your comments can be quite useful. 😁

    😁😁😁

  • To the Mods: Unless a cuddler wants to go "couch shopping" and needs my input on the matter. I won't just go to random furniture stores to cuddle up on new furniture, just saying...😊

  • @Katota - I had a session with a pro once who thankfully has an GREAT sense of humor. We went to dinner afterward and next door to where we ate was a furniture store. We were not planning to cuddle on any couches, we just went into the store together to look around and spend a few more minutes together after dinner and out of the cold (there was still snow in the ground).

A sales person saw us walking around together and assumed we were a couple. She came up to us and asked us about the colors and style of “our” living room. We tried to downplay our shopping trip as “just looking” but the sales person was quite persistent and pressing for details about the color scheme in “our” house. The pro I was with played along like she was part of an evening at the improv.

When we got back in my car we laughed until we had tears in our eyes.

  • @JohnR1972 Lol. What a cute story!😁
Thank you for sharing, that's different and understandable. I am not a fan of cold weather either🥶, so to just go to in somewhere to get out of the cold...Totally get it!👍
But to just go in a furniture store to just "cuddle on sofas" that you have no intention of buying. That is something not something I would NOT recommend doing.😏
    Still thanks for sharing that!😊

@huggaboo_baby those are great and excellent choice you named.

  • Philly has a bunch of hammocks with mood lighting at the piers! it's such a great place to cuddle especially, on a summer weekend when there's activity late at night.

  • ...but the sales person was quite persistent...

@JohnR1972 That is a cute story. Love laughing til I’m crying!

Don’t forget restaurant booth cuddles. Good way to meet person for the first time and cuddle.

  • Good call, @WildFlower89 !

The pop up hammock park in Philly is an amazing place for cuddles.

  • @Katota - I agree, I definitely would not go into a furniture store to cuddle.

@TxTom - it had been so long since I had done any furniture shopping I completely forgot how “assertive” (I am being nice) some commissioned sales people can be.

@CuddleHugs01234 - Those are some of the best laughs - when you suddenly find yourself in an unplanned and awkward situation.
