I woke up today to see an article sadly stating that Akira Toriyama, creator of my favorite anime/manga series Dragon Ball (including Z, Super, and yes I enjoyed GT even though he was less directly involved than the other ones), has passed away on March 1, 2024 at 68 years old. 😞☹😢 . This was completely unexpected and shocking to me as well as sad.
Thank you for everything you created for your fans, Mr. Toriyama and rest in peace.
