I understand how the 15% fee works when professionals are paid directly to their bank accounts.. but how do you pay the 15% fee if the professional is paid by cash?

Generally it's up to the pro to pay the 15%. I get charged to my credit card a couple days after the scheduled session. That's why it's so important to note if the session doesn't take place - you could be charged for nothing.
The fee works the same way. Client pays, cash or other form of payment, CC takes 15% from attached account that pro has linked.
I had a cash session this week I forgot to book it through the site and the site has it where I got to manually enter the $15 commission I owed them.
How do you forget to book thru the site?
