Maybe it should be obvious, but what exactly does this entail? What kind of places can you go to cuddle? Does the Pro decide where to meet? (Not a problem) I'm still kind of new. Any insight would be appreciated.

I’ve cuddled at a park, movie theater, a mall. If you do book a public session, this may sound silly but you should confirm that the cuddler is okay being affectionate in public in front of other people if you are likely to be in front of other people.
My favorite cuddle was on the waterfront watching the sunset 🌇🥰😍🥰🌇

I've cuddled in a bar and at movies so far.
The bar could have gone better. We were totally platonic and within the scope of what CC allows, but we triggered one of the security guys who I think thought we were lesbians. I noticed he didn't harass any of the opposite-sex couples cuddling and being affectionate near us.
I remember saying to my cuddle friend, "Welcome to a touch of the how things often were in the 1980s."

I've cuddled at the movie theater a few times and once at the park although we mostly just walked around holding hands and cuddled on a bench for a bit.
1) Movie theater w/ reclining seats and a blanket. 2) Drive in theater w/ blanket, pillows, and snacks. 3) Park on a blanket or sitting on a bench. 4) Back of the car at a park (usually facing the lake), I have an 8 seater with a blowup bed made specifically for my type of car. 5) Library.
Honestly the list goes on.

@No1Special Welcome to the site! Normally I'd never say such a thing, but I have to be honest...I don't like your username. Whoever you are, you are someone special. And words are important. Self-talk is important. If we tell ourselves we're not special, valuable, deserving of respect...then we'll accept treatment accordingly, and I don't wish that for you. 🫂 For the record, you can go into Settings and change your username, (only once per year), if you wish.
As for who decides where a Public cuddle takes place, it's usually agreed upon by both parties. Oftentimes before a cuddle, people like to meet up in a coffee shop or similar, to get to know each other.
Personally, all my cuddles start out Public, and the vast majority of my cuddles have been in parks during spring, summer, and fall. I love nice big parks with a water feature like a lake, stream, or fountain, lots of shade trees, and plenty of room to find a somewhat quiet corner to ourselves (though I've certainly cuddled in tiny parks with tons of people around, as well). 🌳🏞⛲️🐦
I've also done lots of movie theater cuddles with the double recliners, beach cuddles in Florida and Hawaii (fully clothed, just to be clear - no swimming was going on), mountain ski town bus cuddles, aquarium cuddles in front of the massive live wall of stingrays, frosty snowshoeing snuggles, random "hug and cuddle up while you can" moments in Meow Wolf, and Lord knows what else... 🏝⛷️🐠🌇
Anything that sounds fun and platonic is game!

I've only had one actual cuddle in public. We went to see a movie. I have been out to dinner for sessions though. One of them we had a nice walk from his place to the restaurant and back before relaxing on his couch to just chat. Sometimes it's not always about the cuddling and more about the companionship.

I had wished company to eat a nice dinner, go to movies, etc. It would be nice.
I did cuddle at a small social shindig on a couch last month, there was another couple cuddling on the opposite end.😊 So I'd reckon that was public cuddling for me, aside from that. I'd like to cuddle in other public places, a park, a movie theater, a restaurant booth or perhaps on a ferris wheel (at a carnival🎡🎢🎪) would nice too. 😊🫂
